New Webster Township Master Plan

ENP & Associates has been working with Webster Township on a major Master Plan revision.  This process began in early 2005 and resulted in a draft plan (warning: 6MB file) recommended for approval by the Township Board from the Planning Commission in August 2006.

During the revision process, several public workshops were held.  Each session was focused on a different element of the Plan, including agriculture, commercial development, water and sewer services, and more.  The sessions included an information presentation, group discussions on specific questions and topics, group reporting, and then consensus items at the end of each meeting.  The consensus items were used to build the goals and actions in the Plan.
